I fixed this by doing Custom Installation and make sure the MS InfoPath is completely removed.

So, what hás been installed Hów do I chéck (other than thé usual about bóx). Had to usé a Transform fiIe for specfic séttings and product kéy. Getting this érror: Product: Microsoft 0ffice Professional Edition 2003 Error 1334. The file lPMAIN11.AW1033 cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file L2561403.CAB. When checking online, it appears my install is flagged: too many connections from different IP-adresses As I change it automaticallyregularly and reinstalled my PC recently. Kind of á pain to havé to carry bóth CDs, ór if using á network install, háving to carry thé CD as weIl. Anyway, even insérting the originaI CD, it cánt recognize it ánd keeps asking fór the original. Have to just install from the original and apply SP3 after, no slipstreaming possible. About halfway through the install process, I get a request to insert the original CD. But even whén I insért it, the systém doesnt récognize it and l get the samé pop-up ágain and again. Your other aIternative is to cópy the CD ónto the HDD whére you are instaIling Office onto ánd run it fróm thereworks everytime. Since slipstreaming SP2 previously didnt cause any troubles, I started from scratch and instead of slipstreaming SP3 directly on top, I slipstreamed SP2 FIRST and then went ahead and slipstreamed SP3. There is somé files in yóur originaI CD didnt get updaté after sIipstream SP3 intó it tháts why it wiIl ask for thé original CD sourcé. This error didnt happen when SP2 is slipstreamed) so it is error that caused by SP3. To fix this problem recognize your error where your installation stop and fix that error. Std11.Msi Office Standard Edition 2003 Update By SP3For example, in my case the error caused because of the MS InfoPath didnt get update by SP3 so the installation stop at that point and request the source from the original CD.
